I am continuing to grow my Real Estate portfolio and wanted to know methods people are using to help finance down payments after all personal funds have been exhausted. I have some excellent opportunities that I want to continue to invest in. Thanks

@Steve Kottakis

If your experience is good enough, and the deal is good enough, and the value is large enough, then you might be able to syndicate the deal and keep 10-20% ‘promote’ for yourself.
