Thank you Oleg. I have very strong construction financing from the local banks. HMLs are another avenue to pursue to help with the down payment I will pursue.

Thank you Don...I have reviewed the syndication model and I am looking to implement it. I am also looking at engaging investors via private loans to help finance down payments.

I am continuing to grow my Real Estate portfolio and wanted to know methods people are using to help finance down payments after all personal funds have been exhausted. I have some excellent opportunities that I want to continue to invest in. Thanks
