Buying 12 properties from 1 seller, blanket loan????

I am looking into buying 12 properties that make up 34 units.

I would have 2 partners (so three buyers total) and a hard/private money lender for the down payment.

My question is, what kind of loan do I need to look into? Blanket loan? Portfolio lending? Never envisioned something like this coming to frutition right now but the deal is too good not to pass up. How would one look into financing this ?

Sounds like a great jumpstart!  Where'd you find the deal? How much are you projecting is average monthly cash flow per door? What's the total purchase price and the total gross monthly rents? 

Sorry can't help with the financing part; but curious to hear about the deal! For the financing I would just call my broker and have him tell me what kind of loan I need.
