Last few LLCs I’ve had made has taken up to a month with my lawyer. She’s great but this seems slow. She says it’s the state? (Maine FYI)

Looking to get another one formed but wanting to know if there is a faster way? Or if it’s just

Typical government speed.... ?

I am an excavation contractor myself so foundation issues usually help me get better deals. Problem is not all foundation issues are the same. Many are easy cheap fixes for me, BUT others make the house useless and need to be torn down.

SO it all depends I would get an excavation/foundation contractor come with you to check out the property and quote you to know the cost to repair. Could be drastic range of prices.

Long story short dont shy away from foundation issues, but get a contractor to help you quote them.

Can you be more specific? Are you talking about, paint , flooring, kitchen, heating?

What area are you trying to do this in? Are you flipping or renting? Determines costs depending on your plan

Hi all. I really probably should have known this prior to investing in my first couple properties, but what is the definition for each class in multi family?

A, B, C, and D ? Is there more than D?

What do you invest in and why is it one of the following?
