FHA Loans how strict!!
Hello Im currently looking to purchase my first property, im looking for a duplex i got a FHA loan where i would only have to put 3.5% down. How strict is the rule where you have to live in it for one year??

Very unless you qualify due to an unforeseen circumstance change like a job transfer otherwise if you sign papers saying you'll live there for a year, you better honor it or risk mortgage fraud.
