I'm getting ready to put an offer in on a property in St. Petersburg FL it's a 4 plex.  Property is currently fully rented, would I have any issues with having a tenant move out of one unit since I would need to move into one?

I'm thinking this wouldn't be able to work right now with the COVID-19

Hello, my girlfriend and I have been searching for a house hack in the St Pete area of Florida.  We have found a 4plex that the numbers work really well, the property does need some work a little more than we were hoping.  Ran the numbers at full ask and lowest the rents could be only calculating 3 of the 4 rents as we would live in 1, not sure if a hard money lender would be the best way to go about or if a conventional could work as we are both first time home buyers?  Thank you, any advice that would be great!

Hello BP I have been looking to buy a 4 plex to house hack for a year in the St. Pete area. I know Florida is growing like crazy, I found a property just south of the Tropicana Stadium, 5 min from downtown.  Any advice or insight in the St. Pete market, thanks!

Hello BP i'm currently trying to acquire a 4plex to house hack, i just met with a mortgage co about getting approved for a property i found that is a great deal here in Tampa.  I was recommended to get a co signer cause i have some credit issues, but i do have the money to put down for the property.  For someone who would co sign what is the risk for a co signer?
