BRRRR Refi Lender in Cleveland Ohio?
I have a property in South Euclid that I was able to purchase and rehab using funds from lending club. I am about to rent it out at the end of the month and am looking for some investor friendly banks to refi through. I am looking for any of them that do not worry about seasoning. Does anyone have any suggestions? So far have tried a few but they all wanted 12 months seasoning.

I recommend @Jerry Padilla from MB Financial & or Wells Fargo. Both of those firms have done many refi's for clients of ours with much success.
