Looking for a DSCR Cash Out Refi at 80%
Before you say they don't exist, they do.
Send me a DM if you or someone you know can do an 80% cash out refi. Loan amount is $124,000. I have an appraisal already at $155k.
Thanks!
It is possible but the rate will be high

The product is out there but its almost never worth the cost, the increased closing costs are going to eat up a good portion and your rate will be significantly higher.
80% sounds great, but the math doesn't math.

Hi @Joseph Pytcher,
I can help with an 80% cash-out but you'd need a 700+ FICO to qualify and 720+ for it to be worth it realistically. If you want some rough pricing on what that'd look like just let me know.
Rates will likely be in the high 7's to low 8's at 80% to give you a rough idea. Rates drop significantly when you got down to 75% or 70% LTV.
