May I know if anyone knows of a reliable mortgage broker or banker in Jersey City area? I guess for no fee mortage broker, the closing cost is usually higher because the bank needs to pay the broker right? Thanks guys.

Welcome to Bigger Pockets. If you are using a Realtor they frequently have a few suggestions regarding a mortgage lender; I would also suggest you go on line and apply to a few mortgage lenders and become pre-qualified. When you find the property you are interested in you can submit your Agreement of Sale and they will supply you with a Good Faith Estimate which you then can compare with others; and your shopping for a mortgage has begun. Hope my suggestion helps.
