I signed up for Zibo recently and had high hopes for the system but it hasn't worked out. I tried to contact their customer support few days ago to update my email, till today I still haven't been able to update my account. The customer support gave generic response which doesn't solve the issue and they stopped answering after a few emails. I tried to call their customer support a few times and wasn't able to speak with anyone. I was sent to their voicemail even though I called during business hours. I then tried to register for another new account using a new email address few days ago but received an error saying that my email was created too recent. I tried to contact customer support again but still haven't received a solution. I see that the company raised a lot of money and has over 30 employees but so far the system hasn't worked out for me. I'm a bit concerned to move my rental units onto their system if a basic question is not being resolved. Hopefully they can improve their customer support and provide solutions to basic questions.

@Doug Danoff May I know if you went forward with solar panels and geothermal heat pump? If you did, may I know if you were satisfied with the decision? In some states, there are C-PACE programs which can roll the installation cost into property assessments and amortize it over the long run. I've been getting quotes about those systems as well.

Hi Phil, I've done some commercial to residential conversions in Allentown. You can also go over the Allentown Zoning Ordinance, that'll provide a good idea on if the conversion is possible or if you need a special exception. There are 4 zoning officers in the zoning department and they might be able to advice depending on if they are busy or not.

Thanks @Tim Johnson for sharing. I've also seen cases in the Bronx where Phase 1 report doesn't provide any conclusion and only suspicion because there used to be a dry cleaner on the block 50 years ago, that obligates owner to do a Phase 2 which cost tens of thousands which conclude that it's clean after. On one side it can be a protection and on the other hand it's also like opening a can of worms.

Hi Guys, I'm in contract to purchase a small office building in downtown Allentown. I'm buying the building without a bank loan so I'm not required to do a Phase 1 report. The seller has been occupying the building as an office for the past 60 years so I doubt there is any environmental issue but there is an above ground oil tank in the basement which is used for heating. I'm not sure if there has been any dry cleaners next door many years ago but I don't see any around the block currently. I'm debating if it's worth to pay $2k-$3k for a phase 1 report? Just wondering if anyone has ordered a phase 1 report and then realized that it's not that useful.

Thanks a lot guys. I tried using homeadvisor in the past but the people who responded don't seem very reliable. I have also tried using Angie's list, YellowPages and Yelp. So far I haven't found a good team yet. @John Errico and @Cheryl Schuck, I just PM you guys.
