800k in Equity and no HELOC available!?

Zachary Bellinghausen
Posted

Anyone know of any banks with HELOC products available? I have reached out several banks, to no avail. I live in Florida, the properties I want to draw equity from are in Utah, and I want to reinvest in Florida. The few banks that do offer them won't loan against something out of state. I am in a pickle. Ideas?

Try America First Credit Union, Mountain America CU, KeyBank, WAFD Bank, Zions Bank, all of which have done HELOCs on rental properties.
