Rental income and DTI
Once a tenant is in place in your first investment property, how long or what's the process of showing your rental income to help your DTI? Mostly in working with a lender on your second property purchase.
Thank you,

A lot of lenders want people to have a couple years experience before they will include rental income in your DTI. Once you have that experience, they usually include even income from a property you are purchasing, so no waiting for this
