@Bill Ward

When we buy new rentals, our bare minimum cash flow is $250/month, and we’re really shooting for $300 or more. If it’s less than our minimum, we don’t buy it. Maybe raising your minimum cash flow parameters would help with avoiding problems like this in the future?

@Tory Sheffer my only thought is would you be able to afford to purchase it if the current owner died tomorrow?

For any of you who have invested with Ashcroft Capital, is there anyone out there who has actually been through a whole cycle with them and received a pay out in the end when the property was sold? I’m just trying to verify some information on them before I decide to invest. Thank you for anyone who can give me info or point me in the right direction.

Has anyone had experience investing with Ashcroft Capital? We are considering investing in their fund and I was hoping to hear from anyone on this forum who has had experience with them. How have their funds performed? Is their fund run well? Do you get dividends when you’re supposed to? and any other experience anyone has had with them - good or bad. Thank you!

@Andrew Brown thank you for sharing your experience and thoughts! We have been considering several different companies (including REI) and strategies for our second purchase. It will be good to hear more about your experience with REI as you go along. 👍🏼😊

@Enrique Garcia

We are also looking at REI Nation. They seem to be a good company. Still researching though.

@Lucia Rushton, you also make a good point about being open to too many options. We are still very new to all of this and we’re trying to find our niche, so that’s why we’re looking at every option we can. Once we settle in and find what works for us, I’m sure we’ll be able to narrow the playing field and focus more on a particular strategy.
