Turn key rental properties under 100k
Hi All,
Looking for some guidance for the BP community.
I'm hoping to get into the 100-150k price range and want to use the BRRRR method in either a single family home, or small (2-4 unit) multi-family.
What is everyone’s thoughts of Columbus OH with my price range and strategy? Any other cities you would suggest?
I planned on getting started in 2020 but then Covid hit so I would like to get some feedback from the community to begin networking and building a team and get the ball rolling with hopes to purchase my first investment within the next 2 months.
Thank you all in advance!

there will be about 6 or 7 Columbus folks probably answer you.. you can certainly do both there in Columbus at those price points. Keep in mind BRRR is highly risky for obvious reasons.. you may want to start with someone thats rent ready first to get your feet wet.. Unless you have a good back ground in rehab construction.. Plus brrr is a very slow way to get velocity
