This was my first post and I don't know how the 100k turnkey came about in my subject line. I actually want to steer away from turnkey properties and focus on the BRRRR method along with long term hood.

Looking for some guidance for the BP community.

I'm hoping to get into the 100-150k price range and want to use the BRRRR method in either a single family home, or small (2-4 unit) multi-family.

What is everyone’s thoughts of Columbus OH with my price range and strategy? Any other cities you would suggest?

I planned on getting started in 2020 but then Covid hit so I would like to get some feedback from the community to begin networking and building a team and get the ball rolling with hopes to purchase my first investment within the next 2 months.
