Hey BP Family,

Me & my partners are close to purchasing our first small multi-family property in Newark, NJ. We have a HML lined up but you know they say the more the merrier. Also we are looking for good, trustworthy Contractors to work with us on the rehabs and suggestions for PM companies. Any and all help and suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanx in Advance

How was the deal in Newark you purchase? and what part? I would like to purchase but reading around it seems like New Jersey is expensive. I myself have HML and private ready to use but I literally started looking and Realtors I've dealt with been the worse no response.
