Hey.... I know this was last year but do you still have the info from the general contractors in the Newark area? Me & my partners are about to purchase a property that will need a full gut reno and we are looking for estimates. TIA

Definitely will have more than enough equity after the rehab. just gottabfind reliable, trustworthy & good Contractors or General Contractor.

Yea its on august 27th I believe. More than a few are in areas that are a no go for me & my team but that's why it was paramount for us to go and physically see the properties and blocks they are on. After seeing about 15 - 20 Properties we have narrowed it down to 3 we are willing to bid on. Now comes early DD. I'll keep you posted.

we are going to visit numerous properties this week. There is an online auction happening and there are several properties we have our eye on. There are definitely deals to find around just have to keep looking. I'll let everyone know after the auction what was purchased, price & keep an update on how things are going.

Me & my partners are close to purchasing our first small multi-family property in Newark, NJ. We have a HML lined up but you know they say the more the merrier.
