Investing in York, PA- Connections to Realtors/investors

Hey everyone,

I am interested in connecting with real estate professionals in the York, PA area that also invest in the city. I currently have a single family providing me with 13% cash on cash return. Moving forward I would like to invest in another property this year but would love to connect with other investors in the market to see if its worth it to continue investing in york in 2020 and if so possibly partnering on a deal. Hello @Miguel T.!  I'm just a little north of York (about 30 mins) in Harrisburg, Pa.  I have properties in Harrisburg city and surrounding areas.  I haven't invested in York so not familiar with that market.  Harrisburg has treated me well though, and keep in mind it's the state capital and many other employment opportunities in surrounding area.  Feel free to message me if you have any questions or want to talk more.
