Should I replace a roof with 10 years + on it ?
So if your buying a rental property for buy & hold , and the roof has 10+ years on it, do you automatically replace it, wait a while , get a couple of roofers to come & give you their opinion & quote ?
I asking because I heard this on a Clayton Morris podcast , he said he replaces 10 years or older no matter who so that way he doesn’t have to deal with issues for years to come

@Robert Collins no way.... if I'm holding I replace it when it needs to be replaced. Why waste money that you'll never get back.
Side note... Clayton Morris is a fraud
