Suggestions on skiptrace companies

I am running a direct mail campaign and I get a lot of retuned letters. I’ve heard of skiptracing to find the current address and phone number of the property owner. Any suggestions on what company to use and how much the service cost?

Is this an effective way to locate the property owner?

Thanks

Antonio

I was just in your shoes and these costs are literally ridiculous, but just today I was recommended leadsherpa, make an account, you dont have to wait for a phone interview just hit skiptracing and its only 15 cents per lead and its done in like 4 minutes which is unreal. IDK why more people arent talking about this...
