Thank you for the advice. I was thinking more of a per deal basis. Possibly do a couple retail deals with someone local so I can get an understanding then go off on my own. You offered some really good suggestions that I will implement.

I’m looking to partner with an experienced retailer. I’m willing to fund the project depending on the size in order to gain experience.

What type of vetting questions I should ask potential partners to make sure they are experienced and capable?

I need some advise. I’m interested in rehabbing properties but I’ve never do it before. To mitigate some of the risk I’m looking to partner with an experienced rehabber. Depending on the size of the deal I’m willing to supply the cash to purchase and repair the property. What type of questions should I ask to make sure the rehabber has the experience and expertise to complete the project at a profit?

I don’t want to partner with someone who doesn’t have a track record or get ripped off.

I’m looking for someone to make calls on leads I generate, update my tracking and make follow up calls. I’m looking for someone to do this roughly 10hours a week. I don’t a lot of cash starting out so I can’t get to expensive. I’m trying to farm out things I don’t like to do or struggling to do consistently.

I will definitely checkout your website. What I’m looking for is some to make calls and log it on a tracking sheet for a couple hours a week. More like 10hrs a week. I have my own leads and scripts.

I had the opportunity to work with Brandon Kroon from Fund & Grow to secure business credit. It was a good experience. Brandon is a great communicator and prompt with returning phone calls and emails. Brandon does a good job explaining the funding process and keeping you updated on how funding is progressing.
