Feedback on Turnkey Property Investing/Providers
I have been looking at all kinds of strategies to get my RE journey going. Currently working on some wholesale transactions.
Very interested in turnkey and have been researching that strategy.
Any feedback on good providers.
So far have been looking into Roofstock, GRE turnkey and Epic Real estate turnkey (Matt and Mercedes). Searched on here didn’t find much but a link would be great if there’s already a discussion on these companies.
Or just any feedback on the whole turnkey strategy in general as a way to hop into a more affordable cash flowing market(s)??

Roofstockis more like an Amazon for Real Estate. It seems to be a marketplace.
Providers are all over the forums. I would suggest looking into a specific market first and then going from there. Try to find a provider who owns, renovates, and manages the property in house. Not someone just showing you an MLS listing that looks nice.
