Currently getting my feet wet on the wholesale side of things out in Denver, CO, which is looking to be a pretty tough market. I will continue to do my wholesale activities but wanted to reach out and see if there was anyway too expedite my in the field education.

Wondering if there are any wholesalers out in Denver having success, as I am looking to see if I can provide any value to the operation.

I am open to hearing anyway I can contribute and down to get started right away if it makes sense/aligns with my progress.

Any good RE CPA's in Denver --actually taking new clients?

I know the good ones seems to have a long list of clients.

Thought I'd ask early instead of waiting to until late in the year.

Sounds like some solid rules, from my research so far seems like there are some areas that are pretty bad far as crime but about a 5min drive from some pretty high price/income homes.

I have been thinking about doing a TK  property there, would be interested in what people think.

Roofstock is a realtor site. It's an MLS. Lots of other companies listed here are marketers. They are middlemen between buyers and sellers and earn a fee when you buy from one of their providers. Providers own and market propeties they own.

Ahhh that makes a lot of sense. Seems like there are a lot of Marketers out there, feel like that’s who I’ve been running into and I’m a bit more interested in the “in house” providers if I’m understanding this right. Sounds like they’ll actually be running the show or should be.

I appreciate the feedback.
