Investing In Turnkey Properties
Hello - I am based in the SF Bay Area and am interested in turnkey investments. Having a full-time job (60 hours+ week) + being a single parent, this seems like the most time efficient way to investment in real estate.
I would love to hear anyone's experience with turnkey investing - good or bad.
I would also love any recommendations for some good turnkey firms I can contact.
Thank you!

The most important thing people need to understand about the turnkey product is that it's just like buying a regular rental property EXCEPT for the fact that you are paying someone else to do the work for you. You'll get those who will say don't do it your returns will be lower!......Well yeah duhhhhhh, of course they will. You have to pay someone else to do the work for you. Same reason your dinner costs more at a steakhouse then in your own kitchen.
It's a service product. It's not magic. If you want to own rental properties but do not want to be involved with the work it's a great alternative to working your own business. If you want to start your own rental biz that's awesome to but you'll be putting in the work.
