Hello - I am based in CA and my parents and sisters live in Houston. I am looking to invest in some smaller multifamily properties in the Houston area and would love to work with a local broker. Can anyone please recommend a Houston based broker who specializes in working with out of state investors? Thank you!

Even moving to LA or SD would be better then the Bay Area. • Why? Old / ugly housing stock, high traffic and high cost of living. Lack of diversity. Hi guys - im based in the SF Bay Area and looking to invest in some SFR's in Dallas with a partner. Would you recommend that I reach out to a TX based attorney to form an LLC or should i just go through the Legal Zoom route? Do you think i even need an LLC? Any help is appreciated!!
