Probate Leads in Bergen County, New Jersey

Hey Guys,

I was wondering if anyone has any experience in pulling probate records from the county court house in Bergen County. I have not made it down there in person yet but I have spoken to them over the phone. Their claim is that in order to pull the records, we have to provide the name of the deceased and preferably a date of death. This is not what I have seen the experiences of others to be. In most cases, the records can be pulled simply by "recently filed". Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Best!

@Shimon

Unfortunately, Bergen County does not make it easy like other counties in the United States. Unless you know the exact information seems like you can't access it.
