Unfortunately, Bergen County does not make it easy like other counties in the United States. Unless you know the exact information seems like you can't access it.

Do you know this from personal experience?

Hi Guys,

I'm putting together my website for my probate investing business. We essentially only operate in the niche of inherited homes and we are buying homes outright for cash using private money.

For the "FAQs" section of the website, I am looking for some suggestions on what questions I should include.

The site is geared towards individuals who have inherited homes via Living Trust or through Probate.

Some ideas that I thought of are:

1. What if I do not live in the area?

2. Does the home need to be cleaned out before the sale closes?

3. A family friend who is a real estate agent has already offered to list the home for us for free. Why would that not be the obvious option?

Any other suggestions would be very greatly appreciated!

Best!

Shimon

Hey Guys,

I was wondering if anyone has any experience in pulling probate records from the county court house in Bergen County. I have not made it down there in person yet but I have spoken to them over the phone. Their claim is that in order to pull the records, we have to provide the name of the deceased and preferably a date of death. This is not what I have seen the experiences of others to be. In most cases, the records can be pulled simply by "recently filed". Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Best!

Shimon

Hey Everyone!

Finally looking to get into the real estate investing game!

Short term looking to rehab and flip. Long term looking to rehab and hold.

Would love to connect with local wholesalers.

Thanks!
