Is is possible to refinance on a home based off ARV?
Hello BP,
I have read articles and listened to podcast but there's one thing that crossed my mind. Is it possible to refinance a property with 20-30% equity and pull out 70% cash based off the ARV of the property? Is this wishful thinking? Are banks/credit unions willing to finance this much?

Yes that's exactly how much they'll loan you on a cash out refi but there's a 6-12 month seasoning on new purchases. You can use delayed financing if don't plan to get all your cash out
