@Account ClosedRich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki is a great book. Also read Straight Path to Real Estate by Kris Krohn. Read and Learn from all the RICH DAD ADVISOR SERIES... DO NOT go to the Seminars. Do not pay a bunch of money to learn real estate from a GURU. You will be 10's of Thousands behind. I suggest getting a mentor who will guide you without stripping your bank account down to nothing. If anything you can partner up with someone in the game.
