There is a house that was made in 1981 it is a one story house. No drive way, one small basement, a deck in the backyard with ample room and 3 bedrooms. Would anyone consider buying a house this old to live in?

Appreciate it have you heard of Cody Sperber Your first million in real estate? I heard they give you a mentor and he helps you make a game plan and they teach you about real estate however its $495 but idk if its worth the money.

Does this mean that you buy a property that's on rent and rent it out to someone else or does it mean you are buying a property that's on rent for you to live in?
