Hello bp community my name is kadeem and I am a 27 year old maintainence worker. I currently work at a townhome complex with over 200 units. I am a certified hvac technician and I have a back ground working in small appliance repair. I currently do everything from changing water heater to replacing countertops and hvac units inside and outside. I am studying to get my real estate license. I am 75% through the course. Do any of you in the bp community know of a broker that works with new real estate agents. Or possibly a house flipper that needs new hands on the team. I am open to options and suggestion. Your feedback will truly be apreciated.
