Any BPers in the Columbus, Dayton, Cincinnati, Ohio or Northern Kentucky used RPM Midewest as property managers? If so, what has your overall experience been?

In my experience they have been high cost.  They also oversee several home owner associations, and from my client's experiences, it sounds like communication has not been the greatest.  I would do extensive homework on this to get what you are paying for!
