@Jermaine Scott start with the basis of your education, this will be the best time and money that you have spend for ever. Find out what type of real estate you want to invest in, then attend local meet ups, join online communities and get yourself a plan of where do you want to see yourself in the next year and what do you need to do to make it happen.

@Summer Poyer get around people who already successfully established in this space. Offer them something that will give them value or solve their problem in exchange of their time educating you about the ins and outs of this business.

@Sheik Salma it is a good strategy, although you have to be careful with it, as that would be your first wholesale property, so get around someone who did that him self, get some guidance. Another good strategy for starters is to house hack, you just need to make sure that you’re in the cheap enough market/area that will allow you to do that. Get educated about other investments like syndication, grab a book “Best Ever Apartment Syndication Book”

@Yosef Katz house hacking is always a good idea when starting out, you just have to make sure that you are in the area that you can afford to do that, you may even need to consider relocating to the new state in the future so you would be able to scale your portfolio and get good returns for yourself and your investors.

@David Morad go an acquire more deals, the information is there, where most people fail is in taking action part, get yourself around great people who will encourage you to do more, set your goals bigger, keep learning and keep getting out of your comfort zone.
