What tips do you have for estimating rehab costs? I have the most trouble with this when analyzing properties.

J Scott has a book on estimating rehab costs. Several people on this site knew nothing about rehabbing, read the book, and then successfully did a flip. Might work for you as well. I've recommend his book about 20 times so far, I'm hoping one of these days he gives it to me for free haha
