What tips do you have for estimating rehab costs? I have the most trouble with this when analyzing properties.

Hi everyone!

I am curious to know what resources you all use to find properties in your area. Do you use websites like foreclosure.com, drive around to locate homes, search other websites? Any feedback is appreciated. I am looking to begin analyzing properties and this would really help me to get started.

Thanks in advance!!!! Shonnie from Sacramento, CA

Hi! My name is Shonnie and I'm new to BP! I'm originally from Los Angeles CA but am currently living in the Sacramento area. I'm looking to get started in real estate with emphasis on buying and flipping and wholesaling for starters. I would appreciate any advice that would help me in this novice stage including how to get startup money for my first flip and any other helpful tips. Anything would be greatly appreciated. Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you all and building some awesome relationships!
