Fun rehab project - Pictures - Viewer Discretion is Advised

Hey guys,

So this is one of the properties I recently bought. It is probably going to be the most fun rehab I have ever been part of. I thought I share this with BP community. Pictures don't do justice to what the place really looks and smells like.

I am looking forward to the end product and I think the transformation is going to be unbelievable for this one. I am currently awaiting an estimate from my contractor for the rehab.

I will be posting updates to this one as the project moves along, but I wanted to share the before pictures with everyone.

As for my exit plans, I will either keep this as a rental for myself or I have an investor interested in this area.

There is a fairly new broom by one of the toilets ... Maybe it didn't have instructions that came with it ?!? Can't wait to see what you do with the place ... "One mans trash is another's treasure !" Make it shine !
