Fun rehab project - Pictures - Viewer Discretion is Advised

Hey guys,

So this is one of the properties I recently bought. It is probably going to be the most fun rehab I have ever been part of. I thought I share this with BP community. Pictures don't do justice to what the place really looks and smells like.

I am looking forward to the end product and I think the transformation is going to be unbelievable for this one. I am currently awaiting an estimate from my contractor for the rehab.

I will be posting updates to this one as the project moves along, but I wanted to share the before pictures with everyone.

As for my exit plans, I will either keep this as a rental for myself or I have an investor interested in this area.

Awesome feature of the house:

Master bedroom has a skylight that was never intended :)

Here we go with the pictures. Hope you guys enjoy seeing these as much as I enjoyed taking them.
