that's a good question I have never listened to one or anyone's pod casts as I cant keep my attention span on anything real estate for more than about 10 minutes especially the u tube folks just rehashing old niches like they are new found strategies..

I would guess they are doing a major revamp of some sort.. I am sure someone from the company will respond to you.

I got some valuable info from the podcasts around 2017 and for a few years thereafter. But a few years ago they turned into BS and I stopped watching.

 I would be curious to see over the past few years how many guests are still "crushing it" because we are seeing a lot of investors who started post 2018 needing rescue funding for deals which I can attest too was strictly lack of experience in understanding basic accounting, financing and real estate management.

I feel like lately they've revamped their podcast a little to be for more advanced strategies instead of the same old. They're trying to change their message.

But across the board I think I've worn out all the podcasts. Like Jay was saying they all kind of keep saying the same thing over and over. There's only so much you can learn from free information I guess.

@Allan Smith

New episodes, old topics/strategies with fresh faces... It's the business of keeping it modern, relatable, and gain new viewers as old ones leave.

I think there is nothing wrong with the podcast. It is just adapting to the times to stay relevant. Think about it, if they keep using old guests/successes, then newer viewers will complain that they can't do that because times have changed. With modern guests, doing it, even if it's the same old strategy or a variant of it, new viewers/investors can still feel motivated.

I watched a ton of episodes when I stumbled on BP on YouTube in 2020. I sent 4 to 6 hours, M-F and 10+ hours on Sa-Su for 4 months. I watch countless old episodes. Pulled out those 2-3 minutes of golden nuggets from each episode and acted on it. But I'm a middle aged father of three. I have the patience and willingness to do so. Many younger viewers may not and will need more current and relatable guests.

It's the subtle things that keep younger people engaged. Beyond the youth of the guests, it the current events, current lingo, etc...

It's a business and they have to adapt. I'm greatful that BP does what it does. I agree it's not the podcast of 10+ years ago, but it is as relevant as ever. The podcast of 10+ years ago are too difficult to relate for newer viewers. It the only way to keep the community growing.

    @Marci Stein Brandon Turner teased in his last episode of his new podcast that is not on BP that he may be moving his podcast more towards real estate, investing and such in the somewhat near future.

    Even if he doesn’t I have found his Better Life Podcast to be informative and enjoyable.
