Which Banks are best for Real Estate Investors

Hello. I am looking to branch off and use the banks money for my real estate investing instead of my own. Every Rental Property I have I paid cash for it. Prices are a lot higher now than when I was purchasing properties. What directions should I take? Which banks work well with real estate investors with a portfolio? What Kind of loans should I seek?
