Hey guys I am a Landlord out of Metro Detroit area. I am wondering who has done the BRRRR method as an investor and what institutions are investor friends for multiple BRRRS. Should I check into local smaller banks here or Credit Unions?

Hey I been thinking about trying auction.com out for the 4th quarter and 1st of 2025. Have any of you used that platform for real estate investing before? If so how was your experience? Any recommendations

What is the best loan for a Real estate investor with 10 or more residential properties thats all occupies with no debt? I want to inquire more real estate but dont want to use my money anymore. What kind of Loan do you all recommend and also any lenders or banks you recommend as well?

Hello. I am looking to branch off and use the banks money for my real estate investing instead of my own. Every Rental Property I have I paid cash for it. Prices are a lot higher now than when I was purchasing properties. What directions should I take? Which banks work well with real estate investors with a portfolio? What Kind of loans should I seek?

The value of homes in Detroit right now are rather low so its really just a rental city for the most like you stated. I think more outside of Detroit is better for flipping. What you think?

well I own 10 rental properties now that I did rehab. All homes are in Detroit. I am kind of lost with the wholesale, bank lending, buying and flipping process. Landlording is cool but its a much slower building process.
