Thoughts on Kit Homes
Hello,
I am a current college student looking to get into real estate investing after graduating. I've done research into a few different REI strategies and came across kit homes/cabins (essentially a company sends you all the materials to build a home and you do it yourself). This has caught my interest and I wanted to hear if anyone from the community had thoughts or experience with this?

@Jack Englebert welcome to BP! Kit homes were popular at the beginning of the last century. They would arrive by train with all the necessary parts and material. Have not looked at the more recent ones. With ADU's springing up that would be ideal
