Short term rental in Orlando

I am interested in a short term rental. Does anyone here have any experience with airbnb in Orlando. Yes I do not live there but thinking Orlando is a hot market for travelers.

Do you do airbnb from another state?

Is there a lot of competition in Orlando?

Would you recommend Orlando or say stay local to LA?

I will be doing 10% down, so will it generate good return?

I have self managed an Airbnb in Orlando since 2019 and although it was rocky in 2020 we made it through and are doing better than ever now. We manage remotely and have set up a system to automate and have a great cleaner who handles all the little things. Feel free to message me.
