Using steel to build a tiny home.

Looking at building my tiny house development in Joshua tree with steel.

Does anybody else have experience using steel to build and the resale value, sustainability and overall comfort of living?

@Jason Boritz - I can't say much about the resale value of my tiny home, as I don't plan on selling it in the near future, but I can speak to the building part of it. I built mine using a locally manufactured "big kid erector set". Trailermade Custom trailers manufactured my trailer and framing system based on my design. The framing part of it was fairly easy. Attaching the sheathing to it was trickier and finishing the interior walls was nearly as tricky. Thermal bridging is also a thing with the steel vs. wood framing, so mitigating that should be on your radar. Especially if you're looking to build energy efficient.
