Finding Teardown houses

Any ideas on how I can find a teardown preferably off market? Do any data providers have code violations, or any other way to find these lots? This is for new construction, I want to minimize the development cost, some areas are ridiculous for fees.

Contact land banks, they usually have a boat loads of raw land for cheap. Sometimes they make you jump thru hoops sometimes they don't.

I work with a fire restoration guy and get most of my land deals from them.  Complete loss fire damage, and the home owners don't want to go thru the trouble of rebuild.  They make the contact and I build a spec
