I don't use it, I do use the lender desktop appraisals system.  Alot faster and easier to do, just have to put in the address and boom.

We have access to it, but I have never used it.

thats great news, maybe the money tree leaves are starting to fall and we can start picking it up

My take and its short and simple.  No lenders what loans right now because they are worried about early pay offs from refi and number 2 is loan forbearance programs.   

Almost all lenders have raise credit score requirement and stopped lending on many programs.  The big one I see that is going to destroy the economy is construction lending.  Many lenders have completing shut off that product right now, not just raised requirements but completely shut it off.

@Chris Mason, Not sure if your signed up with Flagstar wholesale but they just cut off a boat load of loan programs.  Jumbo, construction, all Non agency stuff, 203k, all agency construction loans.  They where my favorite lender for construction loans by far, all cut off

i had an FHA loan this year and the exact same thing happened. They allowed us to install hard wired electric baseboard heat and then the appraiser signed off

all good in michigan, we are actually getting them back quicker.  I did 18 of them since the lock down started and all came in good

Find A DSCR lender, many have cut this program off during COVID-19 but they are still around
