Atlanta builders
Has anyone used any builders in Atlanta for building on lots and selling? I have access to quite a few good lots but having trouble finding builders who aren't already too busy with other projects, and who can build within a reasonable price/sqft.
Thanks in advance!

There are quite a few general contractors that do new home construction on pad ready lots. The ones I know are pretty busy so if they do not think the area is viable they will not be interested. A GC is looking to pay their bills like anyone else. I would recommend having plans and financing in place before searching for a home builder along with a realistic budget.
