Hey all,

Has anyone else had ridiculously long court date times? Its been 4 months since my tenant filed an answer for his eviction and i'm still waiting for a court date. Is it even possible for an attorney to expedite this at all? And if this is just the experience for everyone i guess i have no choice but to wait. Just wanted to see what everyone else has been experiencing.

Hey folks! I wanted to check in and see if anyone has had success with delinquent rent collection. Tenant just vanishes before the lease is over. I know there are a few companies that claim specialization, but wanted to see what everyones experience has been.

Hey all!

Wanted to ask the fine community here if they mind sharing any great (and affordable) architects they've worked with for rehabs and/or new construction projects to create a set of plans. Someone who has a good eye for design and knows whats trending and can create renderings of the plans to get a visual idea of what the plans will look like.

Has anyone used any builders in Atlanta for building on lots and selling? I have access to quite a few good lots but having trouble finding builders who aren't already too busy with other projects, and who can build within a reasonable price/sqft.

My cousin just used Angel Oak on a rehab he's doing and so far he has no complaints and find them fairly reasonable. 

Try Cabinet Express. They're close to Jimmy Carter. They come up on Google Maps. We just used them for kitchen cabinets and granite counter tops. Got a good deal. Might help you out.
