Your senator is the wrong party. You can try staying on hold long enough to get to a person.

If you take a copy of the liens to the Labor office downtown they will accept cashiers checks and give you paperwork showing it is satisfied while you wait.

Albany GA is extremely poor and population has shrank in last 20 years. There is not a lot of potential appreciation or rent growth possible

It is a seller's market so some sellers are being difficult

Agreed but if the seller refuses your only recourse is to not make an offer.

There is no legal requirement to provide a lease prior to contract execution.

Let your equity build in your early properties if you tap that equity it will cause problems on financing new purchases
