Owner occupied quadplex, any options for a high LTV HELOC?

Hello BP fam!

I just bought a quadplex and should have a ton of equity in 6 months. It is my primary. 

Does anyone know a good lender for a HELOC? highest possible ltv.

Call a number of local credit unions and community banks near to your location. 

Pull your own credit at Myfico or similar. 

Call up and say, "With my credit score of ZZZ, what rate and terms can you offer?"
