I am looking for a good system to plug numbers into to start to dig deeper into deals.   Also need to create a PPM and am looking for suggestions, currently using SyndicatorPro, but wasn't sure if there is a better PPM option.

Any recommendations?

Michael - If you want another option for a deal analyzer you can also get a free version through Joe Fairless's website as well as Robert Beardsley. Both offer a free pro forma development in excel that be edited/customized. As far as analysis "Tips and Trick" I like Robert Beaardsley Book "Definitive Guide to Underwriting Multifamily" and Brian Burke's book "Hands Off Investor" - both provide great insights on underwriting. Good Luck!
